So you may be asking yourself, what is this place all about? Well, I guess the simple answer is Fooding! So who am I, what is fooding, what do I know about fooding and what does roggen mean?
Fooding? I think that it is a word that I made up, and I like it. Who knows maybe it will become a real word some day!
Who am I? I am roggen!
What do I know about fooding? Fooding, is just a passion of mine. I enjoy many types of food. I will try just about any kind of food, and hey I might even like it. I even really like to cook food. My newest cooking passion is in the “Smoker!” You will see random samples of my smoked food from time to time.
Roggen? Huh? Well I lived in Switzerland for a couple of years and learned the language. And the word for Rye (grain) is roggen! So the long and the short of it is roggen is German for my nickname!
